Provincial science and technology business incubator employees in Kunming centralized "charging"
On November 21-23, the fourth training course for practitioners of Yunnan Science and technology business incubator was held in Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone. Nearly 100 staff and principals from Yunnan Provincial Science and technology bureaus, national and provincial science and technology business incubators (including university science and Technology Park) participated in the training. The purpose of the training course is to strengthen the ability to solve practical problems with theory.
The training is sponsored by Yunnan Science and Technology Business Incubator Association, Kunming Industrial Park Association, Yunnan Haigui Pioneer Park and other units, supported by Yunnan Science and Technology Department, and guided by the Torch High-tech Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Wang Rong, former chairman of the Asian Incubator Association, and other courses, such as "Domestic Incubator Operation and Management Model and Future Development Direction", "Yunnan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Environment and Policy Interpretation" and "Practical Sharing of Venture Capital Investment and Financing", were introduced with rich content and strong specialty. Su Min, manager of the Investment Promotion Department of Yunnan Guanggu Optical and Mechanical Technology Incubator Management Co., Ltd., who participated in the training, said that this was the fourth time that their company participated in the training and listened to the expert's explanation, so that it could timely understand the information of modern incubators. "Now almost all the staff of our company have qualifications, and the company has become the incubator of state-level scientific and technological enterprises."
Since the 12th Five-Year Plan, Yunnan's incubator development and innovation and entrepreneurship have made some achievements. In 2017, there were 31 science and technology business incubators above the provincial level, including 14 national science and technology business incubators (including 2 University Science and Technology Parks). At the same time, in 2017, the total number of Yunnan's state-level public space reached 36, ranking 20th in the country and 5th in the west. Public space has become an important platform and carrier for Yunnan to speed up "double innovation".
